11. Stipend to the ESM (Hav and below) undergoing Post Release Training Course at various ITIs All Ex PBOR.(Upto Hav rank only) To be re-imbursed after successfully completion of the course. Only one time grant. Actual fees paid by the ESM to the Institute for the ITI training or maximum capping of Rs 35,000 . Fee receipt must be required . -
12. Financial Assistance to the orphan children of ESM :-(a) For one Orphan Child (b) For two or more than two orphan children Children of all ESM.Up to age of 25 years / marriage whichever is earlier.. Rs. 25,000/- per annum per child (upto two children only). -
13. Financial Assistance for Petty business not covered by SEMFEX (a) All Ex PBOR/Widows with income below Rs. 25000/-pm
(b) A consent is also required from the ESM that there is no loan has been taken from bank or any other sources.		 Rs.25,000/-(One time). -
14. Upto one Child joining Defence Officers Training Institute, like NDA/IMA/OTA All Ex PBOR with proviso* Rs. 10,000/-pm per child. -
15. Children studying in Sainik / Military School All Ex PBOR with proviso* Rs. 30,000/- per annum. -

Supplementation cost be given to all ranks of ESM who get treatment of all other serious ailments (Angioplasty ,Angiography, CABG, OH Surgery, Valve Replacement & Cerebral Stoke) by RMDF / CG / ECHS All Ex-Servicemen Only application as one time in a year when the application undergoes surgical procedure/operation in that year. Rs. 25,000/- per annum -
22. The maintenance / repair cost be given to disabled/ amputee Ex-servicemen for maintenance of scooter provided by Adjutant General Ceremonial Welfare of Army/equivalent institution of Air Force / Navy or KSB / RSB or any other institution. All Ex-Servicemen Rs. 5000/- per year -
23. The maintenance cost be given to amputee Ex-servicemen for maintenance of artificial limbs.. All Ex-Servicemen Rs. 5000/- per year -
24. Provision of subsequent allotment / replacement of modified Scooter to Disabled ESM (a) Ex-Servicemen must be 50% and above disabled .
(b) On completion of 10 years of initial issue of Modified Scooter from Kendriya Sainik Board, New Delhi		 Actual cost of Modified Scooter -
25. Provision of subsequent allotment/replacement of Battery Operated Wheel Chair to Disabled ESM (a) ESM must be 50% and above disabled. (b) On completion of 10 years of initial issue of Battery Operated Wheel Chair. Actual cost of Battery Operated Wheel Chair or upto Rs. 50,000/- whichever is less -

* PROVISO IN SER 1, 14,15,16,18 & 19 of APPX. Provided that PBOR would not be entitled to such financial assistance from the AMALGAMATED SPECIAL FUND, if his gross total income from all sources is beyond Rs.8,00,000 per annum. An affidavit to this effect would be obtained from the ESM before sanction of this assistance
