The Rajya Sainik Board (RSB), Chhattisgarh, also known as the Directorate of Sainik Welfare, Chhattisgarh, is located at Sainik Kalyan Parisar, Motibagh Road, Shastri Chowk, Raipur. This independent complex houses:-
.The Directorate of Sainik Welfare/ Rajya Sainik Board, Chhattisgarh.
.The District Sainik Welfare Office (DSWO), Raipur.
.The Sainik Rest House, Raipur.
The Directorate headed by a Brigadier oversees the implementation of welfare schemes and support initiatives for Ex-Servicemen, their families, widows, and dependents throughout the state. These services are delivered at the district level by District Sainik Welfare Offices (DSWOs), each headed by a retired officer of the rank of Colonel/Lt Colonel or equivalent from the Navy/Air Force.
Each DSWO functions in close coordination with the Directorate of Sainik Welfare and respective District Collector and District Administration to address the welfare needs and resolve issues faced by the veteran community and their families.

Currently, there are ten District Sainik Welfare Offices functioning under the Directorate in the following locations:
1.Raipur (Including Dhamtari, Mahasamund,Balod Bazar,Gariyaband)
2.Durg (Including Kabirdham,Balod,Bemetara)
3.Bilaspur (Including Korba, Janjgir-Chapa,Mungeli, Gorela-Pendra-Marwarhi)
4.Rajnandgaon ( Including Mohala-Manpur-Chouki, Khiaragarh-Chhuhikhadan-Gandai)
5.Raigarh (Including Sarangarh)
6.Jagdalpur (Including Kondagaon,Sukma,Dantewada,Narayanpur, Bijapur)
7.Ambikapur (Including Balrampur, Surajpur)
8.Baikunthpur (Including Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharat Pur)
9.Kanker
10.Jashpur
These offices cater to the welfare of approximately 50,000 Ex-Servicemen and their dependents across the state.
